Your first visit

   Book

   Choose a treatment, a length and a therapist online, or call and we'll help you choose. Your intake form link comes in your appointment reminders, a week before your visit and again the day before. There's nothing to fill in until then.

   Arrive

   Come 15 minutes early so we can chat first. Park in a “Massage parking only” space (lot entrance on South Kinzer Avenue); our door is downstairs, Suite A.

   Talk

   Your therapist asks what brought you in, where you hold tension, and anything we should know about your health. This shapes the whole session.

4. 4

   Get comfortable

   Your therapist steps out while you undress to your comfort level and get under the sheet. You stay covered the whole time; only the area being worked is uncovered.

5. 5

   Unwind

   Tell us any time if you'd like more or less pressure, warmer or cooler, or a different focus. It's your time.

6. 6

   Afterwards

   Take a minute before you get up. Drink some water, and go easy for the rest of the day if you can.

• No phone, or can't do the form online?

  Come in 20 minutes before your first appointment and fill in a one-page form here.

• Running late

  If you arrive late, your session still ends on time and is charged in full. Booked 60 minutes and arrived 15 minutes late? You'll have 45 minutes of massage, charged as 60.

• Cancelling

  Please give at least 24 hours' notice (business hours) to cancel or change any appointment; otherwise the appointment is charged in full. SoulSync Alchemy needs 72 hours' notice.

• Paying

  Card, cash or check. HSA and FSA cards are welcome, as long as your plan approves. We don't bill insurance, but we can give you an invoice to claim with.

• Under 18

  A parent stays in the massage room for the whole session (Pennsylvania law).

• Gratuity

  Gratuity is entirely at your discretion. We do not have a tipping policy, and tips are never expected, but they are always appreciated.
